Our steps
This program is highly individual and tailored specifically for your lifestyle. Whether you are family of 4, two working professional or a singe person, meal prep will look differently. I created 5 different styles of food preparation to meet your individual goals and needs.
We will have a 2 h. call to see at which point you are now, your needs and goals, food preferences, time availability. Menu should work for you, not other way around.
Only ingredients that you enjoy and meal that you like, because healthy food should be tasty.
Meal prep can look very different and that is my job to create a system that works for you!
The most important part is to implement the system into your kitchen and lifestyle. I will come to your home, show how to optimize all the cooking processes, how to store meals or ingredients and how to unfreeze ready-to-eat dishes correctly.
