About the program

    There are 5 different meal prep styles that I created. We will make your meal prep in a way that every dish you eat will be freshly cooked!

    Your menu will be specifically tailored for your goals and needs. Additionally during consultation,I will explain you how to choose the best products for you.
  • Have a big family.
    Based on my experience working with families, I created another meal prep style, where we are adding variations to the meals, to take into account taste preferences of all family members, so you do not cook separate dishes.
  • Hate cooking?
    No problem, we will use only easiest recipes and maximum decrease preparation time.
  • Want to save money.
    Meal prep is great way optimize you time and budget for groceries:
    • control over the meal you will be eating next week
    • shopping list with only needed ingredients
    • less snacking and take outs
